Terms and Conditions

  1. Who we are 1.1 These terms govern the supply of coaching and training services branded as TIR S (also referred to as TIR4S). 1.2 Trader: Soma Njie and Saida Bello (unincorporated partnership) trading as TIR4S. 1.3 Address:[BUSINESS_ADDRESS_TBC]. 1.4 Contact: info@tir4s.com. 1.5 VAT status: [VAT_STATUS_TBC].
  2. Important service notice 2.1 TIR S provides coaching and training only. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, or medical advice. 2.2 Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or crisis support.

  3. Contract formation 3.1 Applying via the website is an application only and does not guarantee acceptance. 3.2 A contract for a paid service is formed only when we confirm acceptance in writing and any required payment has been received.

  4. Service standard We will perform paid services with reasonable care and skill.

  5. Cohort structure 5.1 The cohort runs for 12 weeks, with weekly live sessions of approximately 2 hours, unless stated otherwise in writing. 5.2 Cohorts are capped (currently intended at 20 participants).

  6. Recordings Policy (current intended): group access for 30 days after the cohort ends. VIP and one to one clients have lifetime access. Upgrades may be offered for extended access.

  7. Pricing, deposits, and payment 7.1 Cohort investment: £2,500 per person. 7.2 Payment plans may be offered by arrangement for suitable applicants. If a payment plan is offered, a deposit of £750 is due on acceptance. The instalment schedule is agreed in writing before payment and the remaining balance is normally cleared within 60 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7.3 Administration fee: 5% where expressly permitted under these terms and applied fairly.

  8. UK consumer cancellation rights 8.1 UK consumers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of contract formation for distance contracts. 8.2 If you request that we begin supplying services during the 14 day cancellation period, you will be asked to make an express request. If you then cancel during that period, you may be required to pay for the proportion supplied up to cancellation, as permitted by law.

  9. Refunds, withdrawals, and transfers (beyond statutory rights) 9.1 Before the cohort starts:

    ●You may transfer once within 6 months less a 5% administration fee.

    ● If we fill your place from a waiting list, we will refund amounts paid less a 5% administration fee. 9.2 After the cohort starts: Fees are normally non refundable. Exception: within the first 2 weeks, a pro rata credit may be offered for a serious reason if evidence is provided and evidence of completion of all assigned work to date is provided. 9.3 If we cancel a material part of the service and cannot provide a comparable alternative, we will provide a fair pro rata refund for the affected part.

  10. Private coaching 10.1 Rate: £200 per hour unless agreed otherwise in writing. 10.2 If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge the full fee, except where prohibited by law or agreed otherwise.

  11. Corporate services Corporate services are supplied under a separate written proposal or statement of work.

  12. Conduct and suitability We may remove a participant for serious misconduct or repeated disruption. Any refund decision will be made fairly, taking account of statutory rights and circumstances.

  13. Confidentiality and group boundaries You must keep other participants’ contributions confidential. We cannot guarantee confidentiality on third party platforms. 

  14. Intellectual property All materials and recordings are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non transferable licence for your own use. You must not copy, resell, publish, or distribute materials without written permission.

  15. Data protection We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  16. Limitation of liability 16.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 16.2 Subject to clause 16.1 and mandatory consumer rights, our total liability for a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service, unless a higher limit is required by law.
